Returns Policy

You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is the result of our error—such as receiving a damaged or incorrect item—we will also cover the return shipping costs.

Refunds are typically processed within 4 weeks from the time you hand your package to the return shipper. This includes:

• 5–10 business days for us to receive the item,
• 3–5 business days to inspect and process your return,
• And 5–10 business days for your bank to process the refund.

To initiate a return, log in to your account, go to the "Complete Orders" section under the My Account menu, and click the Return Item(s) button. We will notify you by email once your refund has been processed.

Shipping

We offer delivery across most regions. Please note that certain large or fragile items may have shipping restrictions based on size, location, or accessibility.

After placing your order, you’ll receive estimated delivery dates based on item availability and your shipping address. Delivery times typically range from 5 to 14 business days.

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and size of each product. You’ll find item-specific weight information on each product page. For accuracy, weights are rounded up to the nearest full kilogram to match our shipping partners’ policies.
